What is the Manager Hub?

The Hub includes a series of resources which capture standard operating procedures for managing while providing tools that can be used to implement them effectively. This page incorporates learning programs, and other valuable resources that align with CFG’s culture.

Who should use it?

All leaders responsible with the management of personnel. In the context of the Manager Hub, the term 'Manager' will serve as a universally recognized title.

How do I use the toolkit?

Resources are broken into four pillars: Roles: New, Changes & Terminations; Development Process; Performance Management; and Ongoing Changes.
